This is a concept I developed for Berlin-based design studio Art+Com in 2013

My idea was to rethink the way Kinetic sculptures are usually designed and to enable innovative animation by hanging the moving elements with 2 cables instead of one. This way, each element can be positioned using polar coordinates, thus allowing for all sorts of animations in 3 dimensions instead of 2
To date this new principle has been used on four different Kinetic sculptures:

- RGB|CMY KINETIC by Art+Com, premiered at Sónar Barcelona in 2015 (details here)
- PENDULUM CASA V by Art+Com 2015 (details here)
- PETALCLOUDS by Art+Com, 2017 (details here)
